GTC

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
of P.L Social Marketing, represented by Paul Mosele and Louwan Stemmet

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts and services between P.L Social Media Marketing (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") and our clients. Deviating terms of the client are not recognized unless we have explicitly agreed to them in writing.

2. Services

We offer services in the field of Social Media Marketing, including content creation, management, and advertising on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. The specific services are individually specified in each contract.

3. Contract Formation

The contract is concluded through written or digital confirmation (e.g., email). Offers are non-binding until a written confirmation is provided.

4. Prices and Payment

  • The agreed prices are specified in the contract.

  • Payments are due within [e.g., 14 days] after invoicing without deduction.

  • In case of late payment, we reserve the right to suspend services until the invoice is settled.

5. Customer's Cooperation Obligations

The customer commits to providing all necessary information, access, and materials in a timely manner so that we can perform the services properly.

6. Usage Rights

The customer obtains the right to use the created content within the agreed scope. Copyright remains with us unless otherwise agreed.

7. Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality services. We are only liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect damages, lost profit, or consequential damages is excluded.

8. Duration and Termination

The contract is valid for the duration specified in the contract. Termination is only possible in writing with a notice period of 30 days. The right to extraordinary termination remains unaffected.

9. Data Protection

We collect, process, and use personal data only within the scope of legal requirements. Details are regulated in our privacy policy.

10. Amendments to the GTC

We reserve the right to modify these GTC as needed. Changes will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

11. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these GTC are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Swiss law applies.
